June 21, 2026 | Roebling, NJ

Our team executed a comprehensive fire remediation strategy by first clearing and safely disposing of heavily charred, unsalvageable debris and furniture from the interior and exterior of the property, followed by a thorough structural assessment of the severely burnt rooms, extensive soot and smoke web removal from the heavily coated surfaces in the living areas and bathroom, and preparing the entire site for advanced odour neutralisation and structural reconstruction.

January 24, 2025 | Roebling, NJ

Our team provided comprehensive water damage restoration services, which included initial assessment, demolition of the damaged ceiling and wall sections, thorough debris removal and cleanup from the affected areas, and efficient removal of all waste materials from the property, preparing it for further reconstruction.

December 04, 2024 | Roebling, NJ

Our water mitigation technicians immediately deployed to the site to extract standing water from the painted concrete floor using professional-grade extraction wands, carefully maneuvering around heavy furniture to prevent secondary moisture damage, and systematically applied specialized foaming cleaning agents and antimicrobial solutions using pump sprayers to thoroughly sanitize the affected area and contaminated storage bins, ensuring the space was safe and fully prepared for the final structural drying process.

August 12, 2024 | Roebling, NJ

Our remediation team safely uninstalled and removed the bathroom toilet fixture, tore out the water-damaged tile flooring to fully expose the saturated wooden subfloor surrounding the plumbing flange, and cleared the area of all contaminated debris to prepare the bathroom for structural drying and subsequent plumbing repairs.

October 20, 2025 | Burlington, NJ

The damage had affected multiple layers of the bathroom, including: Tile flooring and subfloor Cabinetry and fixtures (vanity, sink, toilet) Surrounding structural materials Because of the contamination level, these materials were no longer safe to salvage and required careful removal.

Our team moved quickly to stabilize the situation and prevent further spread:

1. Containment & Safety First Built sealed containment barriers to isolate the affected area Installed air filtration systems to keep the air clean and safe Used full protective equipment throughout the process

2. Careful Removal of Damaged Materials Removed contaminated flooring, subfloor, and structural components Safely detached and disposed of bathroom fixtures Bagged and removed all debris following proper safety standards

3. Deep Cleaning & Sanitization Performed detailed HEPA vacuuming to remove fine particles Applied professional-grade antimicrobial treatments Ensured all remaining surfaces were clean and safe

4. Drying & Monitoring Set up specialized drying equipment and air scrubbers Monitored moisture levels over multiple visits Returned for final cleaning and equipment removal once the space was fully dry

By the time we finished, the bathroom was:

Fully cleaned and sanitized Dry and safe for reconstruction and rree of contaminated materials and debris. The homeowner could move forward with confidence, knowing the space had been properly handled from start to finish.

March 08, 2024 | Burlington, NJ

We initiated an emergency water mitigation, containment, and environmental assessment plan. Due to the 1800s construction era, our technicians mandated hazardous material testing (asbestos and lead) on the vinyl floor tiles, mastic adhesives, and plaster walls prior to invasive demolition to ensure safe containment protocols. We mapped the full extent of moisture saturation using digital pin-probe moisture meters across the third-floor floor plane and wall corners. While awaiting certified testing clearance for controlled selective demolition around the failing cast-iron pipe, we established containment barriers, applied an EPA-registered antimicrobial biocide to accessible moisture pathways to prevent mould growth, and staged HEPA air filtration and dehumidification equipment for structural drying.

November 21, 2025 | Burlington, NJ

Our team began by carefully removing the toilet to fully assess the damage beneath it. Once exposed, we discovered moisture around the toilet flange and within the surrounding subfloor, confirming that water had been leaking for some time.

We performed targeted water extraction and structural drying to remove the trapped moisture and protect the subfloor from further deterioration. Professional drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers, was installed to thoroughly dry the affected materials.

To ensure the issue was resolved permanently, we coordinated with a licensed plumber who replaced the damaged flange and properly reset the toilet with a new seal. Once the plumbing repair was complete, we continued drying the area to ensure the bathroom structure was fully restored and safe for use.

September 04, 2025 | Burlington, NJ

The customer called us because they had concerns about their tile floor containing asbestos.  We were able to test the tile and unfortunately, did confirm that it did contain asbestos and would have to be removed with strict asbestos containment and disposal guidelines.
