The customer required professional water mitigation services after discovering a slow, hidden plumbing leak beneath their bathroom toilet that caused water damage to the tile flooring and compromised the underlying subfloor.

Our remediation team safely uninstalled and removed the bathroom toilet fixture, tore out the water-damaged tile flooring to fully expose the saturated wooden subfloor surrounding the plumbing flange, and cleared the area of all contaminated debris to prepare the bathroom for structural drying and subsequent plumbing repairs.
