I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling which needed investigation. Steve was amazing right from the beginning. He recommended a plumber and a handyman and patiently helped me through the entire process. When the plumber found mold during the search, I contacted Steve who came out during the weekend to successfully remove it. He was so efficient and you could absolutely tell that he took pride in the work he does. He is highly meticulous and super thorough. I will definitely use him again if needed. If I had to give him 10 stars, I would.

When my hot water heater leaked and flooded my basement, I contacted Steve on short notice and he responded the very same day. He handled the situation promptly and professionally, removing the water, thoroughly drying the basement, and monitoring the moisture in my walls for days to help prevent further damage until everything was completely dry. His attention to detail, knowledge, and patience helped me so much throughout this unfortunate ordeal. This very stressful experience was made so much easier not only because of his responsiveness and experience…but also because he is such a nice and understanding person. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that the work was completed thoroughly and correctly. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend him to anyone in need of water cleanup and restoration services.

Unfortunately we were affected by a broken water pipe. We were assigned a remediation company through the insurance company, and sadly they did not do a good job. It is bad enough when you are facing the loss of irreplaceable items, but then to not have the confidence that water damage will remediated properly is really stressful. Enter restoration specialists. From the very first engagement, they had the utmost respect for our loss, and kept us informed through the entire remediation process. The initial company was not thorough and there was so much mold remaining after they “finished”. Steve and the team were extremely thorough job and restored our confidence that our home would be treated properly. An amazing job and I appreciate their professionalism.

He looked around and was inspected full area and found nothing to repair yet offered to check other places. Other companies wanted to simply charge me for nothing. Steve is very honest and mentioned no work is needed. Additionally offered to check sink areas and suggested few precautionary measures. They helped identify every area of concern, performing detailed moisture testing and handling the demolition with complete professionalism. What really stood out was how far they went beyond the expected. They helped coordinate a dumpster and even carried not only construction debris but also damaged furniture and personal belongings up a full flight of stairs from our walkout basement—no small task. Their team showed genuine care throughout the entire process, and they were extremely considerate and transparent when it came to what would and wouldn’t be covered by insurance. Comment: With concerns of a septic tank back up in the crawlspace and our bathrooms, Steve was so very kind and thorough. He explained everything very clearly so that you had no confusion to any issue and resolution to that issue. He was extremely efficient and ensured he responded to my call immediately being that I had a sick 8 month old at the time. I highly, highly recommend Steve. He is a rarity in the world we live in today in that he actually cared for the well being of his customer and you truly feel it. Thank you so very much!

Comment: Steve came to a house that I was looking to rent and tested for mold & moisture in the basement. It didn’t take long for him to look around, take some readings and he showed me where the mold was forming, where the major moisture issues were and had a home inspector who could run additional air quality tests for me. It was an all around great experience and very much worth it if you care about your health.

Comment: I just want to start by saying Restoration Specialists was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in the process of selling my house and needed to have some work done on a last minute timeline; Steve was able to make it happen and at a very reasonable price! The team is incredibly kind and exceedingly professional. They explained everything from start to finish and did an outstanding job including the cleanup at the end. I can’t say enough good things about my experience but if you ever need a restoration/remediation contractor, Restoration Specialist would be my first and only recommendation!
