We had some water get into our finished basement during the last round of torrential down pours recently. We called Steve at Restoration Specialists for help and guidance. He was at our home within an hour to inspect and even came out on this Holiday morning as a followup to perform a moisture test to help alleviate our concerns as we have 2 young daughters who use the area as a playroom. He gave us recommendations and contacts for future use as well without pushing any services that weren't needed upon us. Steve was not only extremely helpful but was very kind and courteous as well. Thank you. We highly recommend Steve and this company for anyone who experiences similar issues.

Steve was amazing to work with. One of the BEST professional contractors I’ve dealt with in over 50 years. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, explained in detail what they were doing in my home and assisted me on my homeowners claim. I met Steve as a result of a client who had a biohazard in the home of a deceased relative. He was thorough with his explanation of what had to be done, step by step & he arrived even before she thought he would be there. She said he cleaned up everything as the work progressed. Even more important, he looked out for her safety & wouldn't allow her to enter the house until it was safe again. If I ever need this type of work done he will be the person I call. I have already provided his contact info to others as well. There should be more contractors like Steve.

Steve was on time for our schedule appointment. He seemed as though he had many years of experience in dealing with mold as he seemed very thorough, confident and honest in his assessment. We had previously had another company come out to assess our supposed “mold problem” but they didn’t do the tests that Steve did and diagnosed our issue without being thorough. I would highly recommend Restoration Specialists if you want an honest and thorough assessment of your mold concerns.

Steve came to our house for an estimate about possible mold in our bathroom ceiling due to a leak we had in our chimney. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything perfectly. I felt that he was honest and not trying to take advantage or charge us for anything that wasn’t necessary. I hope to not ever need the service again but if I did I wouldn’t question calling Restoration Specialist.

Steve provided excellent service. He was very helpful in mitigating a leak and cleaning up the mold. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed me through the process. They were also very respectful of our home, making sure to seal off everything nicely and always cleaned up after themselves

Steve Yeretzian responded promptly to my home to assess my issue within one hour of me placing a phone call. He demonstrated his professionalism and respect for my home by placing booties on his shoes before entering, and demonstrated thorough understanding of my situation and knowledge of how to remediate. He was respectful, polite, and clearly explained my issue and understood my concerns.

Steve did an incredible job for us when our crawlspace was flooded! He came the same day and sprung into action! He drained all of the water out, answered all of our questions completely, and took care to keep our house clean by wearing booties and ensuring that he was tidy in his work. Steve was very thorough, removing all of the water in our crawlspace and left fans to use for an entire week to ensure that the space was dried out. When he came back a week later, he sprayed the entire space with a solution to help remediate any potential mold, and discovered a potential issue that we never would have known about! Restoration Specialists was very reasonable and charged a fair price for their work! I don’t know what we would have done without Steve and Restoration Specialists! Highly recommend!

I feel fortunate that I found Steve and his team. We had a sewage problem and Steve helped navigate the insurance claims as well as offering great advice. Not only did he solve our issue, but he was kind, calming, and thorough. I would highly recommend using Restoration Specialists!
