Steve did a great job letting me know about my basement needs

Steve was absolutely extraordinary. He was very helpful with all of his information.. although I’m not sure if I could afford his plans, he did provide me with enough information that I could move forward doing things myself. He was very respectful and very honest and I appreciate it.. at the end of the day if I could, I would definitely go with this company because I felt safe and very secure with the information he gave in the help that I received.

First, let me say that they were very professional, and Extremely courteous. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work in a timely fashion, and went above and beyond what the job called for.I would highly recommend restoration specialist.!

Great customer service. Steve brought in all the heavy tools and gadgets required to clean the basement. He also shows meter readings of moisture before and after his work. I’ll highly recommend Restoration Specialists.

When we bought our first home the water damage and mold in the basement had us very upset... But restoration specialists (we worked with Steve) made the process of remediation as painless as possible. He and his team were thorough, clean, considerate, and patient with all our concerns and questions. Cannot say enough about this company, but especially Steve Yeretzian. When I first called him, he spent over 25 minutes on the phone with me just giving me advice and suggestions. He answered all my questions, was informative, and so incredibly helpful. And this was prior to me even hiring his company! I would recommend them to everyone out there who has any kind of water damage, fire, or biohazard. I would give him 10 stars if that was possible!

Steve and Restoration Specialists, LLC took care of our mold remediation and cleaning. Hands down, the best in both remediation/cleaning and customer service. Steve treated our mold issue as if it were an issue in his own home. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the process, the outcome, and answered every question and concern we had throughout every step of the process. He treated us with kindness and respect and made sure that we were satisfied when the job was completed. I cannot speak highly enough of Steve and Restoration Specialists and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of remediation and cleaning! Thank you, Steve!

We had a water leak above our 1st floor ceiling that we called our insurance company about ! After Two false starts with Insurance Co. supplied Mitigation crews, ( one was totally inept ! And the other ,we’ll just say they were also Late to the Game .) I called Steve , who Promptly showed up after spending all day on another Job and immediately set up his Equipment to start the Dry-Out Process ! Both My wife and I are Super Impressed by His Level of Competence and ability to put a our fears to rest .Steve talked us thru the entire process and took over Dealing with the Insurance Co. We Highly Recommend His Company and Hope we never have to use His Services again ! But we would Never hesitate To reach out should the Need arise ! Thanks Steve and David !….Jack and Maria Naughton

Steve the owner is wonderful. He came to my house the same day I called when i discovered mold in my bedroom and office. Very thorough and takes his time while inspecting a home. He is going beyond his own work to help me find contractors to fix the cause of the mold in my home. He is very communicative and responds almost immediately to any questions you may have. My husband and I highly recommend him. His crew members, Dave and John are very polite and nice too.

Steve was very professional and completed the work on time and in full. He listened to all our concerns and advised accordingly. He also gave us referrals for other work we need to do that isn't in his wheelhouse. Very nice person and team, highly recommend!

Restoration Specialists did phenomenal work! We found a whole bunch of mold below our kitchen sink. The very first night we found a problem, only about an hour or so later Steve came out, inspected the damage, and provided us a good idea of the scope of work. Throughout the entire home insurance process they were incredibly helpful in making sure we didn't get screwed over. They were efficient at the work they did and completed it in a very timely manner. They also kept us updated daily of the progress they made on the project when we were away. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need!
