I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had Steve come into my home today to help me with a potential mold problem. His expertise, consideration and true regard for his profession and his customer put him in a league of his own. Five stars PLUS!

I recently had a mold removal issue in my home and called Restoration Specialists for help. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They promptly identified the type of mold and provided a detailed remediation plan that put my mind at ease. Throughout the process, they communicated with me regularly and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond to ensure that the mold was completely removed and that my home was safe for my family. I definitely recommend these guys for any mold issues and removal.

Great experience with Restoration Specialists today! Called this morning and Steve came out within hours to evaluate a water intrusion issue. He was professional, thorough and clearly explained what fixes are necessary. As a realtor, it’s always great to find a dependable & trustworthy company to recommend to my clients. Just getting to the water shutoff was a hassle and we had to navigate some tight spaces. The team was prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend using Restoration Specialists. I called with a suspicion of Mold after some showed in an upstairs bathroom. With a cough growing and a little one at home, I didn’t want to wait long for someone to take a look in my upstairs/attic area. I called Steve late on a Friday and he & his partner came first thing on Monday morning. They were professional & thorough in their inspection. They were very affordable - charged next to nothing since their time here was brief. Again, I highly recommend!

Could not have had a better experience with Restoration Specialists. Responsive, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, believable and helpful. While we ended up not needing their services, based on our interaction during the consultation in my home, I would recommend anyone that DOES need their services to use Restoration Specialists. In a sea of similar companies, this one stood out as the one I would use in the future.

While we didn’t end up needing flood clean up or mold remediation, we had them come out to evaluate our situation and give a verbal estimate. Steve was responsive and came out free of charge. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative and helped us better understand our issue and our options to solve it. I would definitely recommend using them!

Steve was awesome worked efficiently and around my house full of children. He was respectful of timing. He cleaned my basement after a plumbing damages and disinfected it washed clothes, cleaned every inch of the basement to make sure my children and I did not have to come in contact with it. Thanks again!

We were caught in the recent flooding that came through the area and needed urgent water damage restoration - called 4 companies who couldn't help, but Steve answered at after 10PM at night and was at our home less than an hour later - so impressed! Now I know who to call first from now on, these guys are super.

I found Mr. Yeretzian to be attentive to my concerns. He answered all my questions with the upmost respect. He came to my home after hours to remove water from my basement. I would absolutely use his services again. From my first call to him - he was at my home within a short time.

We had water damage in our basement and Restoration Specialist was GREAT. They were so professional and hard working. I cannot say enough about the top notch service.

We had our houses sewer line backup and spill into our crawl space and sump pump basin. We found Steve online and he was great to work with! Came over and cleaned-up same day, on a Saturday no less. Professional and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Called in the morning with a small water leakage issue. Steve came out within a few hours, found the problem and set up equipment to start drying out the area before the damage progressed. He was very polite and professional throughout the process.

Work was done efficiently. Left area very clean. Arrived on time each day for three days. Took extreme caution with valuable light attached to ceiling. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
