Great service, cleans up nice!

Steve at Restoration Specialists was fantastic. When we had our water damage, he immediately made himself available. Within an hour, he was onsite and busy remediating our issue. He remained late into the evening to ensure we had the support we needed and patiently answered every question of ours - no matter how big or small. Steve explained everything he was doing and why it is recommended. He followed up with us over the next few days to ensure the remediation process was running smoothly. I would recommend Restoration Specialists, and Steve especially, to anyone.

I cannot say enough about this company's level of care. Not only did they do an amazing job with removing damaged drywall, flooring, etc., caused by a sewage leak, but they were clean, attentive, and caring. In what was one of the more difficult times in my family's life, Restoration Specialists made the process as easy as possible. I can't thank them enough for their hard work, dedication, and kindness throughout. I wouldn't go with any other company for restoration needs.

Very quick response time. Pumped our flooded basement out immediately and saved us a larger headache from further damage. Specialist was helpful and very friendly.

6 stars! Steve and Kevin were terrific. They cleaned up a flood in 6 rooms of our first floor. The work result was excellent. They treated my house like it was their own. Customer service was top notch. I was overwhelmed by our second flood in 3 years. They were calming and considerate. Steve was a *great* with help working with the insurance company. I wish we’d know about him for the first flood.

I had a very bad unexpected situation in my basement at the eve of undertaking a very expansive project. Restoration Services turned it around with a very satisfying outcome. Best part was the man I worked with was the kindest, understanding you could ever work with. His expertise saved us a ton of money. If you are ever in need of restoration, you better call them. Restoration Specialists was referred to us by a friend after Hurricane Ida caused water damage in our basement. From the first phone call, the company was responsive, professional and most of all helped us understand every step of the way. The technician came to our home quickly, at a time that worked for us, and clearly explained the step-by-step process answering all of our questions. The level of care and customer service was first rate throughout the process. They are experienced, knowledgable, understand what the homeowner is going through, and made a very tough situation a lot less painful.. I highly recommend Restoration Specialists... They are excellent!

From my personal experience: Had an emergency at one of my tenants in Morrisville and reached out to Steve on a Holiday. He and his team promptly responded and attended the issue in less than 2 hours. Very happy with the professional way this company dealt with the whole situation. Great quality, value, professional and responsive. Adding Steve to my go to contact list for any future emergencies.
