Our team immediately got to work removing the contaminated water and safely disposing of affected materials. The customer called us because they had concerns about their tile floor containing asbestos.  We were able to test the tile and unfortunately, did confirm that it did contain asbestos and would have to be removed with strict asbestos containment and disposal guidelines.

We responded immediately to stabilize the situation and prevent the damage from spreading further throughout the home. Our first step was to establish proper containment, including barriers and airlocks, to isolate the affected areas and protect the rest of the property. From there, our team carefully removed all contaminated and unsalvageable materials — including saturated carpet and padding, ceiling materials, and compromised wall components — ensuring that anything impacted was safely and thoroughly addressed. Once the space was cleared, we performed a detailed deep cleaning using HEPA filtration to capture fine particulates, followed by the application of a plant-based antimicrobial treatment to eliminate contaminants and restore a safe environment. To complete the process, we implemented an extended drying and air purification plan using commercial-grade equipment, including air scrubbers and negative air systems. This ensured that moisture was fully removed and the indoor environment was properly stabilized before moving forward.
