Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted our team after discovering water damage affecting their carpet and surrounding areas. Moisture had spread through the flooring and underlying materials, creating a risk for further structural damage and potential mold growth if not addressed quickly.
They needed a professional evaluation to determine how far the moisture had traveled and to begin the drying process as soon as possible to protect their home and belongings.

Solutions provided:

Our technicians performed a full service call and damage evaluation to assess the extent of the water intrusion. Using professional moisture detection tools, we conducted moisture mapping throughout the affected areas to identify where water had spread beneath the surface.
We then performed weighted water extraction to remove water from the carpet and area rugs. After extraction, we installed professional drying equipment, including heaters, dehumidifiers, and high-velocity air movers, to accelerate evaporation and remove moisture from the structure.
The equipment remained in place for up to three days to ensure the area dried thoroughly and safely.
