- Comment: When my hot water heater leaked and flooded my basement, I contacted Steve on short notice and he responded the very same day. He handled the situation promptly and professionally, removing the water, thoroughly drying the basement, and monitoring the moisture in my walls for days to help prevent further damage until everything was completely dry. His attention to detail, knowledge, and patience helped me so much throughout this unfortunate ordeal. This very stressful experience was made so much easier not only because of his responsiveness and experience…but also because he is such a nice and understanding person. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that the work was completed thoroughly and correctly. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend him to anyone in need of water cleanup and restoration services.
