Comment: Unfortunately we were affected by a broken water pipe. We were assigned a remediation company through the insurance company, and sadly they did not do a good job. It is bad enough when you are facing the loss of irreplaceable items, but then to not have the confidence that water damage will remediated properly is really stressful. Enter restoration specialists. From the very first engagement, they had the utmost respect for our loss, and kept us informed through the entire remediation process. The initial company was not thorough and there was so much mold remaining after they “finished”. Steve and the team were extremely thorough job and restored our confidence that our home would be treated properly. An amazing job and I appreciate their professionalism.
