- Comment: Steve came to a house that I was looking to rent and tested for mold & moisture in the basement. It didn’t take long for him to look around, take some readings and he showed me where the mold was forming, where the major moisture issues were and had a home inspector who could run additional air quality tests for me. It was an all around great experience and very much worth it if you care about your health.
