• Comment: Restoration Specialists was referred to us by a friend after Hurricane Ida caused water damage in our basement. From the first phone call, the company was responsive, professional and most of all helped us understand every step of the way. The technician came to our home quickly, at a time that worked for us, and clearly explained the step-by-step process answering all of our questions. The level of care and customer service was first rate throughout the process. They are experienced, knowledgable, understand what the homeowner is going through, and made a very tough situation a lot less painful.. I highly recommend Restoration Specialists...
