24/7 Emergency Services

Job completed for Harry H

Completion date: September 23, 2026

Location: Burlington, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The property owner experienced an active overhead plumbing leak from second-floor bathroom supply lines and drain pipes, causing water damage to the ceiling drywalls, joists, and subflooring below.

Solutions provided:

We performed water mitigation, selective demolition, and antimicrobial treatment. Our technicians created ceiling flood cuts to expose affected copper supply pipes and PVC drain lines, set up plastic containment barriers over doorways and furniture, and sprayed EPA-registered antimicrobials across exposed ceiling joists and subfloor decking to prevent mold growth.
