24/7 Emergency Services

Job completed for Jessica S

Completion date: August 13, 2026

Location: Mt Laurel Township, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us for emergency water damage mitigation, selective demolition, and structural drying following a localized plumbing leak near a bathroom wall and shower base. Moisture had seeped into the surrounding drywall, wall baseboards, and wood framing, causing material deterioration, baseboard water staining, and wood swelling.

Solutions provided:

We executed an immediate water damage containment and structural drying protocol. Our technicians carefully detached the water-affected wooden baseboards and trim, placing them in an outdoor drying area for inspection. We performed controlled drywall removal along the lower wall boundary to expose the wet wall studs, wall cavity, and subfloor framing. Commercial extraction tools and drying equipment were deployed to extract trapped moisture and dry out the structural timber before reconstruction.
