The customer contacted us for professional crawl space encapsulation, moisture control, and foundation protection services. The crawl space suffered from ground moisture seepage, unsealed exterior access points, and inadequate vapour barrier coverage, creating elevated humidity levels that risked wood rot, pest infestation, and HVAC efficiency loss.

We installed a heavy-duty crawl space encapsulation and moisture barrier system. Our technicians leveled the ground surface, sealed gaps along the foundation walls and pier supports, and laid a durable black polyethylene vapor barrier across the entire crawl space floor and under-structure. We also retrofitted and weather-sealed the wooden exterior crawl space access hatch to prevent ground water intrusion and outdoor air infiltration, ensuring long-term humidity control beneath the home.
