Job completed for Jeff B

Completion date: August 21, 2026

Location: Burlington, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us for expert mold remediation, crawling space moisture control, and structural decontamination. High humidity levels, poor crawl space ventilation, and residual moisture had led to severe fungal growth, white mold accumulation, and organic decay across the subfloor boards, support beams, floor joists, and exposed utility lines.

Solutions provided:

We carried out an intensive crawl space mold remediation and structural cleaning protocol. Our technicians scrubbed and HEPA-vacuumed all affected wooden subfloor planks, joists, and support beams to eliminate surface mold spores and heavy fungal growth. We applied an EPA-registered antimicrobial disinfectant and anti-fungal wood sealant across the entire subfloor structure to eradicate remaining spores and prevent future moisture penetration. Finally, we installed high-capacity air movers and commercial dehumidifiers to stabilize ambient moisture levels within the crawl space.
