Job completed for Mike R

Completion date: June 12, 2024

Location: Delran, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us for put-back, drywall reconstruction, and flooring transition repair following previous water damage mitigation and plumbing repairs. An interior utility closet and adjacent flooring areas had their lower drywall and flooring removed to dry out saturated subfloors and wall cavities, leaving exposed wood framing, an open threshold, and missing base materials.

Solutions provided:

We provided a comprehensive structural put-back, drywall repair, and flooring transition restoration solution. Our technicians squared off and patched the lower drywall in the utility closet, finishing the joints and priming the surfaces. We rehung and realigned the closet door, repaired any threshold wear, and prepped the concrete subfloor and flooring edges for final flooring installation and trim put-back.
