The customer required professional environmental remediation services after discovering potentially hazardous materials, such as asbestos or mold, within the old vinyl flooring and lower wall cavities during a property renovation.

Our certified abatement specialists initiated the project by collecting physical material samples for certified laboratory testing, established secure plastic containment barriers with heavy-duty tape to isolate the hallway and work zones from the rest of the home, and safely demolished and extracted the contaminated drywall and flooring down to the bare concrete substrate to ensure the environment was fully abated, decontaminated, and safe for future reconstruction.
