The customer required emergency biohazard and trauma scene cleanup services following a severe biological incident—likely an unattended death—that resulted in significant decomposition fluid and biological contamination across a primary mattress, bed frame, and the surrounding bedroom flooring.

Our certified biohazard remediation team deployed in full personal protective equipment to safely dismantle and package the highly contaminated mattress and box spring for secure disposal, carefully cut and remove the soiled bedroom carpeting to expose and evaluate the underlying hardwood, and systematically apply hospital-grade antimicrobial disinfectants using a pump sprayer throughout the affected rooms and adjacent stairways to fully decontaminate the property and neutralize biological odors.
