The customer required professional water mitigation services after a severe plumbing leak behind the shower walls caused extensive structural damage to the drywall, underlying subfloor, and surrounding fixtures in their residential bathroom.

Our remediation team executed targeted demolition to safely remove the water-damaged shower surround and saturated drywall, cleared out the ruined debris and compromised shower pan to fully expose the affected subfloor, and systematically applied a specialized antimicrobial treatment using a pump sprayer to sanitize the wet wooden structure and prevent mold growth prior to structural drying.
