The customer required emergency water damage restoration services after experiencing significant flooding and water intrusion in their unfinished residential basement, which resulted in contaminated floors and ruined belongings.

Our remediation team secured the work zone by installing a zippered plastic containment barrier at the basement stairwell to prevent cross-contamination, systematically cleared out unsalvageable waterlogged furniture, rugs, and debris into a disposal truck, and executed high-pressure washing and water extraction on the concrete foundation to remove mud and standing water in preparation for final sanitization and structural drying.
