Our restoration team immediately performed a comprehensive moisture mapping of the affected areas, utilizing professional-grade moisture meters to identify critical saturation levels reaching 99.4% within the wall assemblies. We conducted a detailed inspection of the basement joists to identify and assess the extent of the white mold colonization on the timber framing.
