24/7 Emergency Services

Job completed for Scott Y

Completion date: April 29, 2026

Location: Riverside, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us due to a plumbing failure in their bathroom that caused extensive water saturation of the flooring, subfloor, and wall structures, necessitating the removal of fixtures and structural drying to prevent mold growth and further rot.

Solutions provided:

Our team executed a full-scale bathroom mitigation and demolition plan that included the removal of the toilet, vanity, sink, and baseboards to access and evaluate the extent of the moisture intrusion. We performed a controlled demolition of the ceramic tile flooring and saturated backer board down to the subfloor, ensuring all damp building materials were removed from the environment. To finalize the mitigation phase, we cleared all debris from the site and prepared the exposed structural framing and subfloor for professional drying and subsequent reconstruction.
