The customer contacted us following a plumbing leak behind a bathroom toilet that caused visible mold growth on the drywall and extensive moisture saturation of the subfloor and ceramic tile backer board.

Our team executed a full-scale remediation and mitigation plan that began with the installation of professional plastic containment barriers and the deployment of HEPA-filtration air scrubbers to prevent the cross-contamination of mold spores during demolition. We performed a controlled removal of all impacted materials, including the toilet, saturated ceramic tiling, and mold-contaminated drywall sections, to expose the underlying framing for treatment. Once the area was cleared, we utilized industrial-grade HEPA vacuums to extract fine particulates and applied antimicrobial agents to the subflooring to ensure a sterile environment, effectively stabilizing the home for final reconstruction.
