Why did the customer contact us?
The customer required specialized biohazard decontamination and professional vehicle detailing after an incident involving biological contaminants and the transport of hazardous gas canisters. The front passenger seat and floorboards suffered from significant organic staining and debris, while the trunk and rear seating areas were cluttered with potentially dangerous Nitrous Oxide (N2O) "cream charger" cylinders and miscellaneous waste.
Solutions provided:
Our team performed a comprehensive automotive restoration and biohazard remediation service, starting with the safe removal and disposal of numerous Nitrous Oxide canisters, discarded food packaging, and loose debris from the trunk and rear passenger compartment. To address the biological contamination, we conducted a deep extraction and sanitisation of the front passenger leather seat using specialised enzyme cleaners to neutralise pathogens and eliminate persistent odours. Our team followed this with a top-to-bottom vacuuming of all carpeting and floor mats, including the trunk space, while treating the leather upholstery and centre console surfaces to return the interior to a factory-clean condition. Finally, we completed a safety inspection to verify that all hazardous materials were cleared and that the interior air quality was restored to a safe, habitable state for the driver.
