The customer required professional remediation and deep cleaning services following a smoke or soot contamination event that affected the kitchen and living areas. The primary concern was the removal of fine particulate matter from high-touch surfaces, cabinetry, and flooring, as well as addressing hidden soot buildup behind major appliances.

Our team performed a systematic top-down decontamination and sanitization service. This included pulling the oven/stove unit to clean the subfloor and wall surfaces behind where soot and debris had accumulated. We executed detailed hand-cleaning and degreasing of all kitchen surfaces, including stone countertops, cabinetry, and the bar cart area. All small appliances and glass barware were meticulously cleaned to remove smoke residue. For top-down structural cleaning, we cleaned the dining table, chairs, and hardwood flooring. All surfaces were treated with professional-grade cleaning agents and antimicrobial solutions to neutralize odors and remove allergens. Finally, we performed a wipe-down of all decorative items and personal contents, ensuring the kitchen and dining areas were returned to a pre-loss, sanitary condition.
