Solutions provided:

Upon inspection, our team initiated a comprehensive water damage and mold remediation process. This included extracting standing water, drying affected areas using industrial dehumidifiers and air movers, removing all mold-infested materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation, and cleaning and sanitizing all salvageable surfaces with EPA-approved antimicrobial agents. We also addressed the source of water intrusion to prevent future occurrences, ensuring the basement was thoroughly dried, decontaminated, and safe for rebuild.
